Michael J. Fleck - AttorneyMr. Fleck concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, corporate, employment matters and civil litigation. He has practiced law in Huntley since 1995.
Mr. Fleck is licensed to practice in Illinois State Courts (1995); the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (General Bar, 1995; Trial Bar, 2006); and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (2003). He has appeared pro hac vice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (2003).
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Fleck was an environmental research chemist and consultant. He published a number of technical articles and has given many technical lectures in the field of environmental chemistry. In 1995, he received a patent for his invention of a high-tech carbon monoxide air filtration unit. Mr. Fleck has published legal articles and has given seminars in the areas of real estate and estate planning.
Mr. Fleck has been involved in the Huntley area since opening his practice. He served on the Huntley Library District Board of Trustees from 1995 to 2000 and was its President from 1998-2000. He has served on the Centegra Foundation Board of Directors from 1996 to 2003 and is Past President of the McHenry County (Illinois) Bar Association. He is also active in the Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Fleck is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the McHenry County Bar Association. He was born and raised in Westmont, Illinois. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois - Urbana (1987) and received his Juris Doctor in 1995 (High Honors - Order of the Coif) from Chicago Kent College of Law.
Nicholas J. Pascolla - AttorneyNick concentrates his practice in all areas of the law with an emphasis in personal injury along DUI/criminal defense litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois State Courts and has practiced law since 2016. Nick attended the John Marshall Law School where he received his Juris Doctor with a certificate in Trial Advocacy. During law school, Nick worked for Illinois' largest personal injury and workers' compensation firm. Nick also interned with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and held two clerkships. His first clerkship took place with the honorable Clare E. McWilliams in the Cook County Civil Court - Law Division. Nick then served as a legal extern to the honorable John W. Darrah at the Northern District of Illinois.
While in law school, Nick was a member of the John Marshall Law Review where he was a member of the editorial board as the Law Review's Production Editor. Nick was also a member of the Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Council where his arbitration team advanced to nationals in 2015. Nick prides himself in his strong work ethic and resilience while advocating on behalf of his clients.

Nancy L. DvorakMrs. Dvorak is a paralegal, receiving her Associate's Degree in 2006 from Elgin Community College (ABA - Approved Program). She has been active in the legal profession over 20 years. Mrs. Dvorak is a contract closer for Chicago Title Insurance Company and is qualified to close real estate transactions in our office.
Mrs. Dvorak's experience in the areas of real estate transactions, corporate, probate and estate planning assistance are key aspects to the firm's success in these areas.
Mrs. Dvorak also serves as the firm's office manager.
