Michael J. Fleck, Esq.

Since 1995, Mr. Fleck has served the Huntley Community and surrounding areas, now providing services for estate planning and real estate transactions, as well as consultations and referrals for all legal matters. Mr. Fleck is now Sr. Trust Officer and Counsel at Resource Bank, N.A. in DeKalb, Illinois. He is also an adjunct Professor at Northern Illinois University College of Law. He has served on the Huntley Community School District Board of Education (Past President), the Centegra Foundation Board of Directors, the McHenry County Bar Association Board of Governors (Past President) and the Huntley Library District Board of Trustees (Past President).

Mr. Fleck has published articles and has presented seminars in the areas of real estate, estate planning and environmental chemistry. Mr. Fleck is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and the McHenry County Bar Association (past president). He has served on local government and charity boards. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana and his J.D. degree, with high honors, Order of the Coif, from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Fleck is licensed to practice in Illinois state courts, and before the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
