Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, Special Needs and other tools are available to help you achieve your goals.

Real Estate

Whether commercial or residential, we are here to serve your needs. Our office has handled many sales and purchases, zoning and conditional use permitting. Mr. Fleck is a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and is an attorney agent with Chicago Title Insurance. Mrs. Dvorak has decades of experience with real estate, including as a former closer with Chicago Title Insurance.

Estate Administration

This area includes Probate, Probate Avoidance, Trust Administration, Small Estates; and Litigation related to Estate Administration. Our office is equipped to handle the transactional and litigation (when needed) issues in resolving one's estate.


Minor and Adult Disabled Guardianships. Mr. Fleck has handled many of these cases, including contested matters. He also serves as Guardian ad Litem and Court Appointed Attorney for disabled individuals.


We can assist you with business startup, including entity selection, sales and purchases, franchises, corporate compliance and commercial litigation. Mr. Fleck was instrumental in handling one of the largest telecommunications fraud cases, representing hundreds of small businesses defrauded, including actions in State and Federal Court and working with the FTC.

Employment Law

Contract review, separation agreements, non-competes, civil rights violations are all areas of employment law that we can address for employers and employees.

Civil Litigation

Mr. Fleck has tried bench and jury trials, litigated in State and Federal Court (Federal Trial Bar) and has had appeals in State and Federal Court (Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals). He is also a proud member of the United States Supreme Court Bar.
